UsapPo privacy notice
Updated 27 October 2026
UsapPo (previously Yuuka) is ElevenChase’s AI assistant for ElevenOS inquiries on Facebook Messenger and Instagram. This notice describes the information handled by the UsapPo workspace at bot.elevenchase.com.
Information we use
When you contact ElevenOS, we may receive your channel identifier, messages, and details you choose to share: your name, company, number of employees, phone number and intended start date. When connected, Meta lead forms provide the same inquiry details, submission time and form/ad identifiers. The team may record a lead stage, private follow-up notes and a follow-up date.
Why we use it
We use these details to answer your inquiry, understand your company’s needs, arrange a demo and allow our team to help. UsapPo identifies itself as an AI assistant. Ask for a person or say “stop” to pause its automatic replies. A form submission does not start an automated chat, book a demo or activate an offer.
Service providers and access
Meta provides Facebook, Instagram and lead forms. Cloudflare hosts UsapPo, stores its records and processes AI responses. For a reply, Cloudflare AI receives the current customer’s recent conversation, supplied details and public ElevenOS product information. Ad-form leads are not sent to the AI simply because a form was submitted. The workspace requires owner authentication.
Retention
UsapPo conversation records are removed after 90 days without activity. Imported lead-form records and their associated follow-up notes are removed 90 days after submission. Records held by Meta, demo bookings and files separately exported by the owner have their own retention processes.
Your choices
To ask about, correct or delete your information, contact ElevenOS through the same Facebook or Instagram account you used, or email start@elevenchase.com. We may need to verify that the request is yours. See the data deletion instructions and the ElevenOS privacy notice.
